With more than 6 years of experience, we're confident in our ability to navigate the complex world of federal grant writing, including for new (to us) agencies. With a growing repertoire of experience, we welcome the opportunity to take on challenges with new agencies. Federal grant writing is formulaic in nature and often has similarities across agencies. After all, the learning curve for applying to new agencies is far less steep than the general learning curve of beginning to write and submit federal grants!
Our expertise also includes proficiency with various federal grant submission portals, including:
-
Grants.gov
-
Grantsolutions.gov
-
ASSIST
-
eRA Commons
We're well-versed in the intricacies of each portal, ensuring seamless, stress-free submissions!
Our grant writing services include:
-
Informed recommendations on competitive opportunities
-
Full Grant Proposal Writing: We'll write a complete grant proposal from scratch (with your organizational language), tailored to your organization's goals, and led by your vision.
-
Grant Proposal Editing and Review: We'll review and edit your existing grant proposal, ensuring clarity, coherence, and competitiveness.
-
Grant Writing Coaching and Mentoring: We'll provide guidance and support to help your team develop their grant writing skills and capacity where needed.
-
Arguably most important: A stress-free grant writing process! Our responsibility as a grant writing organization is to take the burden of stress and responsibility off your plate. Let your staff simply advise the process - i.e. no last-minute scrambling for Letters of Support!
-
Early Submission is our aim: We strive never to submit a grant less than 24 hours before the deadline!

With integrity, we promise to always prioritize your organization's best interest. This means sharing insights on whether an opportunity may or may not be a best fit.
Don't you wish there was a "common application" for grants? Well, this service creates one for your program!
Stay ahead of the curve and avoid last-minute deadline scrambles with this comprehensive, customizable template to streamline your future grant writing processes. Save your organization valuable time, stress, and resources by creating a grant application template tailored to your program, that you can use for endless grant opportunities.
As we've mentioned above, grant writing is largely formulaic. This means we can turn your project vision into a template with the common headers and sections required by funders in many grant applications before you actually need it. Instead of hiring a grant writer for each opportunity you wish to apply for on a tight deadline, have a common application written for you so that your team (or a grant writer) can much more efficiently apply to opportunities (especially small ones, which might not be financially worth hiring someone to write).

Sections in the template will include:
-
Organizational Background/Introduction
-
Approach
-
Statement of Need
-
Supporting data: Community, state, and/or national-level statistics to support your Statement of Need
-
Anticipated Budget Needs (1-year)
-
Anticipated 1-year Work Plan, Project Activities, & Timeline
-
Anticipated Short (1-year), Intermediate (3-year) and Long-Term (5-year) Outcomes
-
Data Management Plan, including metrics to measure outcomes and performance (if seeking federal grants)
-
Conclusion

TIP: If you're brand new to working with us, this is a great starting service to begin a relationship! Once we write a Master Grant Application for you, future private foundation applications will be much more efficient and economical. You'll also receive a discount on federal grant application writing/preparation services.
